Company History

Awarded by The President of India the first National Award

Since 1910, We have supplied more than 200 deck crane of capacities varying from 5MT to 50 MT net lifting capacity.

The establishment of our companies dates back to early 1910s when we were engaged in business of ship repairs activities at Nagothane , which was a port at that time . There has been all around growth and development in past about 10 decades and we are proud of the achievements in this period.

We are API-2C monogram licensee for manufacture of deck crane having more than 3 decades experience of designing, manufacturing, erecting and commissioning of deck cranes. We are also ISO 9001-2015 certified company

We are specialised in designing and manufacturing of many Hi-Tech , complex and sophisticated equipment including special material handling equipment like deck cranes for offshore oil platforms ,Railway wagon mounted cranes with telescopic boom , Deck cranes for sea going vessels etc.

Entered into a technical collaboration with A/s Normarine, Norway; for manufacturing and supply of knuckle boom cranes to Indian Navy and Coast Guard vessels.

Since 1910, there has been all around growth and development in the past about 10 decades and we are proud of the achievements in this period.

Our Production Planning and Control Department is fully equipped with computerized systems constantly engaged in monitoring and controlling production with the latest Operation Research techniques including computerized CPM and PERT analysis. This not only avoids any delay in production but also helps us in giving our clients minimum delivery period ensuring deliveries as per the delivery schedules committed to our clients.

Quality

We have an independent QA/QC Department reporting directly to the Managing Partner of the Company.

Design

The design department is manned by highly qualified and competent design engineers.

Delivery

We have an excellent track record in delivering the cranes in time. We have supplied several deck cranes meeting short delivery periods.

Training

Instructional training programs along with hands-on training are conducted in the factory at regular intervals and at various levels in the organisation.
